The Universal Declaration of Expression is developed to extend the messages afforded by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to all persons, entities, groupings or societies located in any geographical location.
Whereas it is essential to promote unity through diversity in order to attain global harmony, respect and a better standard of life for all.
