Malik’s passion has been developing systems for over 25 years that have helped people, groups, corporations and institutions improve the way they work. Every system developed was carefully crafted and aged over 20 years of development to ensure it can get results fast. Irrespective of the situation, profession or state of mind, these shows will help strengthen your audience’s confidence in tackling tough challenges.
With over 25 years of experience in developing, scaling, and launching biomedical and digital products within academia and in private industry, Malik’s expertise is to work hand in hand with cross-functional teams to create new lean systems (processes, people, and tools) that focus on value-added activities. His charge is to bring improvements that lead to greater job/home/life satisfaction and a more efficient, cohesive ways of working.
Malik is cross-functionally trained in over 19 disciplines stemming from the sciences to philosophy. He has published several books along with peer-reviewed articles and is currently launching two more this year. He holds a Doctoral Degree specializing in Biomedical applications, Master's focused on Polymer Reaction Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering. Malik is a licensed Professional Engineer and recently was awarded his Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
